You pay for what you don't know:
I explained to my children that when we take our cars to the shop, that we are usually paying someone to fix something on our vehicle, that we dont know how to fix ourselves. However, if we were educated as mechanics, we would know how to fix our vehicles.
When it comes to the topic of education, I made it clear to my children, that it is very critical to become, well educated in what ever they choose to do. I explained to them that "in this life, you pay for what you don't know." That is just one example of where education could benefit us. We could use other examples ie, helping someone with their homework, doing taxes, or in medical emergencies such as CPR.
At the end of the day, whatever the case may be, education is an asset that can put you in the winners circle.
We all have some areas in our lives, where we could be better educate ourselves. Think about yours and ask yourself, "What am I going to do to raise my educational stock?"
